HP LaserJet 100 color MFP M175nw: printing problem

Hello,

My printer refuses to print for some time more than one page at a time. After each page, the display shows: "Unexpected size in tray 1 / Load A4 / Press [OK]".

I must therefore press the "Ok" button after each page. This is really not practical to print a lot of pages.

The settings seem correct. Nevertheless I tried to adjust them again and I have reinstalled everything that can be done. In vain.

Do you have a solution for me?

Thank you for your possible answers.

OK, Thanks for trying. Sounds like a driver problem to me. (but it could be hardware - paper sensor, etc)

Since the printing part of that model uses the PCL6 (HP standard page description language), you can experiment with other HP laserjet drivers or even generic PCL to see if they will work.

If you have any other computer, you should try it to see if you get similar error messages.

And you should ask for help at HP's forums.
